Shipping

Standard shipping is always free. Delivery time is typically 6-12 business days. We recommend budgeting in a couple more days to account for global carrier delays.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or edited. If your order has already been processed, you'll be covered under our Return

Policy (detailed below).

Unfortunately, we are not able to ship outside of the United States, including Guam, APO, FPO. or DPO addresses at this time.

What's our return policy?

Items may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of the purchase date, provided the following requirements are met: 

All original packaging, including all tags or boxes, must be included with the return.

All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered. 

We will only accept returns with tags on and in the original packaging. Your original form of payment be used to refund you.

The return policy stated here forth only pertains to products purchased on our corporate website. If the product has been purchased at any retailer or enterprise other than the Carlos Falchi website, please contact your local retailer regarding their policy where you purchased the product.

The following exceptions to the above policy apply:

Customized and limited-edition items are considered final sale and are not returnable.

We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a limited warranty for certain product categories. For more information on what is covered under each warranty and the process of making a claim, please see our warranty using your own shipping label, we are unable to process a refund or exchange unless you are able to provide proof of shipment and receipt through the label's tracking numbers. In cases where we have not received a returned order, if tracking information does not show the item as sent, we will ask that you file a claim with the carrier for a lost package before we can process a refund or exchange.

Carlos Falchi is not liable or responsible for any non-Falchi items that are accidentally sent to us through the return process.

How do I start a return?

To create a return, please send a note to sales@falchibags.com.

Please let us know:

  • Date of purchase

  • Full name of purchaser and address

  • Reason for return 

  • Any additional comments

 Once your return request is received and approved, you will be emailed a prepaid shipping label to use when dropping off your return label for return.

Here’s a quick overview of our refund process:

Original Form of Payment: If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, it will be processed once your return is received and restocked at our warehouse. This can take an additional 15 business days.

Are your products covered by a warranty?

We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a limited warranty for certain product categories. 

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Falchi and Company hereby warrants that the product, as sold to you and delivered in its original packaging, will be free of certain defects in material and workmanship set forth below. This Warranty applies for the reasonable lifetime of the product. “Lifetime” does not refer to the lifetime of the purchaser or any recipient of the item, but to the reasonably foreseeable lifespan of the materials and components that comprise it.  Notwithstanding any provision in this Warranty to the contrary, this Warranty does not cover your product if you use it in a manner that is incompatible with its intended design or fail to follow any care instructions that are provided with respect to your product, and in all cases Falchi and Company reserves the right to void this Warranty at any time with respect to claims that Falchi and Company determines in its sole and absolute discretion to be dishonest or fraudulent.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER THE FOLLOWING:

Cosmetic

damage including, but not limited to, scratches, dings, scuffs, stains, color changes, normal wear and tear (including inner fabric), or other non-functional changes in the appearance of a product that occur during normal handling and use by any person. Replacement of any non-defective parts in a product. Damage determined by Falchi and Company to be due to abuse, neglect, modification, tampering, or alteration beyond what could be considered normal handling and use.

Damage due to unforeseen causes such as accidents or force majeure events (such as fire or flood) in unfortunately not under our warranty.

Remedies for Defects

In the event you make a valid claim under this Warranty regarding a Defect, Falchi and Company’s sole and exclusive liability (and your sole remedy) under this Warranty will be, at Falchi and Company’s sole and absolute discretion, to provide repairs or replacement, or to issue a refund the form of cash or store credit, in each case subject to your fulfillment of your responsibilities as set forth below. 

In the unfortunate event of a Defect, please contact sales@falchibags.com.  For your claim to be reviewed and approved as valid, Falchi and Company may require you to provide supplemental information, including, without limitation, the following:

  • Proof of purchase (including the original date of purchase and the original purchase price and quantity). Photos or other evidence of the Defect.

  • A written explanation regarding the reasons for your claim.

  • Your name, mailing address, email address, and phone number, as well as other contact information.

Falchi and Company may provide further information and instructions on how to proceed.  If you are required to return any defective pruduct, either in connection with an approved claim under this Warranty or to assist Falchi and Company in determining the validity of such a claim, Falchi and Company will send you a pre-paid shipping label with instructions regarding the return.  PLEASE DO NOT SHIP ANY PRODUCT OR PARTS UNTIL YOU RECEIVE INSTRUCTIONS TO DO SO FROM US AND YOU RECEIVE THE PRE-PAID SHIPPING LABEL.  FALCHI AND COMPANY WILL NOT REFUND SHIPPING FOR ITEMS SHIPPED PRIOR TO SUCH TIME. 

Falchi and Company may update, amend, or modify this Warranty from time to time in its sole and absolute discretion.  However, the version of this Warranty that applies to your Product will be the version that existed at the time of your original purchase.
